Mailroom Operative
· £23,750 per annum
· Sunderland
· Monday - Friday (with flexibility)
· Shift start time: 6:30am (must be flexible to change)

A number of opportunities are available within the Digital Mail Operative Team of a leading Sunderland employer, where you will be working for one of Europes largest outsourcing companies.
You will handle large volumes of confidential documents and data for a variety of high-profile customers, opening, sorting and processing incoming physical mail.
What Youll Bring to the Team
· Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
· Exposure to an administration-focused workplace would be beneficial, but not essential
· You will be meticulous in following process with a natural attention to detail
· Comfortable typing at a steady pace
· Experience of working with various file types including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
What Youll Be Doing
· Working as a key member of a dynamic, diverse team
· Processing large volumes of incoming mail, secure documents and data
· Day to day scanning, processing & distribution of documents
· Inputting data into various forms and databases, using various IT systems
