Our client based in Huntingdon is seeking an entry level Transport Coordinator to join them on a full time permanent basis working either 7am - 5pm (week 1) and 8am - 6pm (week 2) Monday to Friday.
As Transport Coordinator, you will liaise with your transport colleague on efficient resourcing of drivers, preparing rota's for the driving team, processing of information on to the company systems and analysing data, liaising with the workshop regarding vehicle breakdowns, driver issues, etc., producing transport / driver documentation, arranging maintenance of vehicles, providing administrative support to the transport department.
To be considered for the role of entry level Transport Coordinator you will be very organised, will have experience of working within distribution / or a little transport experience, you will hold a full UK driving licence and ideally will have your own transport, will have strong PC skills in MS Office & Excel.
In return my client of offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 with an excellent benefits package incuding 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, pension, discounted gym membership, career progression, discounted products and services.
