Community Nurse - Band 6

Ackerman Pierce are looking for a Community Nurse - Band 6 to Care co-ordinate a caseload of clients with varying needs and diagnosis. Complete thorough assessment of need and risk for clients coming into secondary services. To work alongside the MDT and other agencies both within and outside of the organisation. Duty work on a rota basis.

Salary: £32/h (Day shifts)

What you'll need as a Community Nurse - Band 6

NMC registration and educated to degree level
Must have experience working with a caseload of clients in the community
6 months of paid patient facing UK nursing experience from within the past 3 years
Up-to-date clinical best practice knowledge
The right to work in the UK
