Key Responsibilities:
As a Telesales Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation. Your primary responsibilities include:
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Contact centre Agents to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Performance Management: Monitor and improve team performance through key sales metrics and KPIs.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance telesales processes to optimise efficiency.
Training and Development: Foster a culture of learning and growth, providing coaching and guidance to your team.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in a telesales, contact centre or sales leadership role.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilise data for performance improvement.
A target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
The ability to motivate and inspire your team, fostering a competitive and high-performing work environment.
Knowledge of telesales technologies and best practices.
