I am seeking an established Manager to oversee a Supported Accommodation project for Young People within the Reading, Oxford and Banbury areas. You will provide direct support and guidance to a team of Support Workers, as well as a valuable Assistant Manager - who provide support and guidance to young people ages 16-25. You will promote a positive culture within your service and will ensure delivery of person-centred care in line with best practices and current guidance.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Have experience of working within a Management position for a minimum of 3 years.
* Have strong leadership skills and experience of managing a large team.
* Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 3/4/5, or be working towards this.

This is a full-time (Monday-Friday) role, however flexibility may be required according to the needs of the project. Predominantly this role will be office based, with minimal travel involved. A generous salary is on offer for this role up to £35,000 PLUS additional car allowance, as well as an on-call allowance paid!
