We are currently recruiting for a office manager with some expereince in sales to join a growing team in Handforth for an established financial services provider. The successful candidates will be the main port of call for our clients, office and administration tasks.
What are we looking for in a office manager?
* Have excellent attention to detail and are highly organised in all administrative tasks
* The ability to work on their own initiative and can prioritise their own workload
* Have demonstrable Can-Do attitude.
* Responsible for printing off all company mail and handling inbound post.
* Work closely with the office manager to ensure the maintenance of the office is kept to a high standard.
* Can make outbound and take inbound calls when the team need assistance.
* Working towards a daily & weekly KPI.
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be able to deal with fast moving situations
* Confident with IT, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
* Stock replenishment and post office visits occasionally which are easily accessible to the office
* Putting computers together for regular testing for homeworkers
* Regular stock take of the office (administrative and facilities)
