Our client is a specialist commercial glazing company within the construction and building management markets - designing, fabricating, installing, and maintaining glazing products. They are now looking for a contracts manager, with facades or curtainwall experience to join their ever expanding team.

Job description

* Ensure the delivery of multi million-pound facade projects on time and on budget, whilst to the clients satisfaction.

* Management of project timescales and planning; communicating changes to all relevant parties

* To prepare and keep an up-to-date project plan

* Responsibility for the application and monitoring of all Health and Safety practices associated to the project-including induction and site safety.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and achieve high levels of customer service.

What we want from you:

* At least 3 years of experience in the facades/curtainwall industry.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

* Good understanding of construction techniques.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
