As a Governance Coordinator you will:

Support the board and Chief Executive to arrange work plans and meeting agendas
Ensure annual governance updates are disseminated across the charity
Support in the drafting of annual reports
Lead the preparation for meetings, including setting agendas, notifying all parties and setting up the room
Work alongside HR to support on the recruitment of new trustees
To be successful as a Governance Coordinator, you will:

Have 2 years experience of working/supporting the secretariat function of a not for profit/charitable organisation
Hold strong interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive approach
Have a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills
Have prior experience of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £30,000. Please note this is a full-time, permanent position.
