Once referencing has passed, the tenant is required to sign the tenancy agreement to execute their commitment to renting the property.
Viewing - The applicant will be asked a series of questions at the viewing to determine their suitability, further proof may be requested in order to be be considered for referencing, if a tenant is unsure of their suitability they may make enquiries with the agent before viewing.
Referencing - A full credit check, references and formal identification, along with a right to rent assessment will be required subject to agreeing a tenancy agreement.
