Hi, I'm Paul 49 and I am in urgent need of an agency or registered landlord that has dealt with Housing options grants from Birmingham Council before. I am beginning new employment next week so cannot continue to live in supported accomodation. I would prefer a shared house or 1 bed flat.
I became homeless only due to the pub I was living and working at closing, Grant is waiting to be paid for one month's rent and deposit. I will be working full time for BT.
