A lovely family located in Oxford (OX2), is searching for a Live-in Housekeeper Nanny to join their active household. The main responsibility of the housekeeper nanny will be to maintain the cleanliness of their 5-bedrooms house, cook vegetarian dishes, drive the Principals to the train station/airport and take care for their two sons aged 13 and 15.
The successful candidate will be cheerful, trustworthy, respectful and proactive. Being a team player is also important, as you will work along with another live-in housekeeper and you will share the same room with her. All duties and responsibilities are shared with the other housekeeper. No travelling is required.
Working schedule: Mon-Sat, from 7 AM to 8 PM, with 4 hours break each day. Normally Sunday off. During these times, the Principle will prefer to give 4 days off at one go per month rather than 1 day per week so there is minimal risk of getting exposed to COVID.
For example, you will need to prepare breakfast at 7.30 AM, then lunch at 12 PM, a snack at 4 PM and dinner at 8 PM. In terms of work, as you will be in a team, you will have ample time to rest during the day.

The housekeeper's duties include:
Cleaning, sweeping, hoovering, dusting throughout
Cooking vegetarian dishes;
Driving the Principals;
Organising the bedrooms, fluffing pillows, changing bedding
Cleaning all areas of the kitchen, tidying after meals
Organising the cupboards, fridge, pantries
Deep cleaning of bathrooms
Laundry, ironing and shoe cleaning
Arrange dry cleaning
Monitor supplies and re-order and groceries shopping
Cleaning down surfaces and polishing
Window cleaning;
Running errands, take deliveries, messages
Look after the children;
The minimum requirements to apply are:
Tagalog, Hindi, Nepali or Indonesian speakers preferred;
Confident driver;
Previous experience;
Good level of English
Confident cook
Only non-smokers will be considered for this role
Enhanced DBS check required prior to start
Job Benefits
The offered salary is starting at £30,000 gross per year. The accommodation consists of an en-suite bedroom with a bathroom, shared with the other Nepalese housekeeper. Also, the position comes with 28 days of paid holiday. Whenever the Principales are travelling, the two housekeepers will be given their pre-approved annual leaves during these times only. Vegetarian food and all bills are included. You can use the staff lodge outside the house with a small kitchen for non-vegetarian cooking. No pets or visitors are allowed at the provided accommodation.
