I am a full-time employee of an Energy Company. I will study postgrad (MSc Sustainable Energy System) for one year in Edinburgh with a scholarship from my company. I am looking for a flat in the Edinburgh to rent for the long term (12 months). I am ready to pay the 6 months' rent upfront.
I don't smoke and do not have any pets.
