Salary: 55k + £550 Car Allowance + 20% Annual Bonus

What you'll be doing;

Lead the collection, transfer station & HWRC teams and maintain a management figure to employees

Effectively communicate company decisions that are made to promote the companies values and morals

Hold and provide clear feedback and guidance in 121 meetings with staff

Promote good safety behaviours for all site users and employees

Ensure all staff are trained to comply with competency standards

Engage with union representatives on a regular basis

Liaise with the client to continue a good working relationship

Ensure the site is offering a service that is inline with the contractual KPI's

Alongside the General Manager explore opportunities to improve financial / commercial opportunities

What we're looking for;

Experience within managing a waste facility

An in date CPC

IOSHH Qualification
