One of the best available' many tenants stay over a year and two years. pictures do not do it justice at all and it's a lot bigger and nicer than it looks in pictures, large 13 by 10 very nice room please read carefully before applying.

My name is alan and I am looking for a non-smoking over 35 (strictly no younger please) and working clean and tidy mature person who cleans up after themselves and helps keep house like it is in pics. I am offering you to share my nicely decorated fully furnished house. Your room is a large fully furnished 13 by 10 room which is £450 per month or £100 per week. I do have two rooms available that are fully furnished the 2nd one slightly smaller. This one has a built-in wardrobe etc. All bills are included and i don't charge large silly bonds its only £200 which is returnable if you leave, and everything is ok. I give everyone a proper contract when they move in and a receipt every month for proof of payment or in case you want to claim back etc. I generally only lease one room unless special circumstances. They have both just been fully decorated fully furnished including quality laminate flooring etc.
It is a large house in a quiet area with plenty of parking and is close to near on every type of shop you could need and not far from bus/train station. It has all amenities including washer drier,' cooker' microwave' pots pans' Light Stream internet, even a set of bedding if needed.! Basically, Everything supplied and nothing cheap because I have the view if it wouldn't be good enough for me why should it be for you. It has a very large, secluded back garden that is a south facing sun trap in summer its lovely to lay and chill (depending on British summers of course). Obviously, everything is there to use by the tenant and to think of it has their home and not just a place to sleep. Most of my tenants seem pretty happy here and stay a long time (over a year 5 of them and two and half one of them)
You will of course have your own room for you to chill and. it is fully furnished including large 49-inch smart television so if you want a bit of privacy and chill that is fine but on the other hand, I am quite happy to sit watching the telly with you. As i said it's your home as well as a place to sleep.
