CMA are proud to be partnering with this fast growing marine manufacturer business based in Portsmouth, This company is currently looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis in the offices. Very passionate about their working environment and culture this role would be an excellent foot in the door and as the sole HR Advisor you would be exposed to a variety of casework and challenges.
What will the HR Advisor role involve?
To be the first line of support for all HR enquiries and employee lifecycle.
Actively work alongside payroll and other departments.
Handle all general casework relating contracts, RTW and ER related matters.
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of new employees.
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:
At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
Strong IT Skills across MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
A firm knowledge of employment legislation, case law and good HR Practice.
Additional benefits and information for the role of HR Advisor:
25 days holiday and all Bank Holidays.
Half day early finish on Fridays.
