We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor on an exciting scheme near Portsmouth. The business works across the high end residential, leisure and care home sectors with projects that typically value up to £30mil. As a business they are in a strong financial position, with a secure forward order book for the coming year which will keep the successful candidate busy for years to come.

Due to an increase in workload as we enter the spring, they're looking to bring an additional Assistant Quantity Surveyor into the team to work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and assist in the day to day Surveying duties, playing a key role in the project from the earliest construction phase through to handover.

In return, they're offering a salary of up to £45k + Package and the opportunity to join a growing business with a huge amount of work in the pipeline on the South Coast.
