The Role
The Professional Services division of 24-7 People Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Coordinator on behalf of our client based close to Stroud in Gloucestershire.
The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:-
* Processing customer orders using SAP
* Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries, including ordering patterns, requirements and future projections.
* Communicate updates to the wider teams including despatch and shipping
* Assistance of writing reports, data input and analysis when required.
* Prepare and check invoices and then distribute and communicate to relevant customers and departments and before signing off
* Ensure all dispatch and delivery requirements are communicated.
* Check and process all legal shipping documents for transport and haulage companies to UK, EU and Rest OF The World
* Check, analyse, and communicate on error reports from suppliers to determine a better outcome.
This role is Permanent position requiring an immediate start.
Your Profile
In order to be considered for the prestigious role of Customer Account Coordinator role, you will have a minimum of 2 years RECENT experience in the same of similar role. Where you were managing customers expectations, enquiries, and orders. You must have export process experience including the legal documentation processing required.
You will consider yourself enthusiastic, driven, hungry for success and ambitious with a strong customer satisfaction focus. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to easily build relationships.
The Salary
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum
