This top Global Consultancy are again expanding their EA team and hiring for exceptional Executive Assistants to work at Partner level. As part of a team of high performing and exceptionally motivated EA’s you will work at the highest standards and have a passion for quality outputs, love working at pace with dexterity and demonstrate the ability to navigate complexity.
With a heavy focus on Scheduling & International Travel management you will be an expert diary manager and have experience managing multiple, global diaries.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Extensive multiple diary management
• Global travel booking across time zones and all associated logistics and bookings
• Booking restaurants, venues and spaces for high level breakfasts, luncheons and dinners
• Reconciling and processing expense claims
• Create and Format documents using MS Office
• Coordinating conference calls / video conferences with clients and global team members
You will have a sound academic background and solid and impressive experience as an EA in fast paced, dynamic environments supporting at senior level.
