French & or German speaking Client Liaison Assistant Office based.
Fantastic opportunity to join our client within their HQ in Basildon, Essex in their Sales/Customer Liaison department as a Client Liaison Assistant. We are looking for either a full-time or part-time candidate for this role, paying a salary in the region of £20ph (£40,000 annually).
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and organised individual who has excellent time-management and attention to detail skills. Ideally, we would like a candidate to understand technical design & manufacturing, as our clients business is within this sector.
This role is split into two sectors:
International
The ability to speak a secondary and/or tertiary language is necessary as within this part of the role you will need to speak to new and existing contacts directly via phone, video, or email (French, German & Spanish are the key languages)
Ability to manage and nurture international inbound leads (comm on this side of inbound leads is available)
Deal with queries from customers and liaise with distributors
United Kingdom
To assist in the day-to-day administration and operations of the team and supporting the sales department.
Liaise with various department regarding the CRM system, making sure that data is up to date etc
Knowledge, skills, and experience
Ability to speak a second language (French, German or Spanish preferred)
Excellent communications skills
Confident with dealing with people at all levels
Attention to detail
Able to multi-task & prioritise work load
Working within a great team, Monday to Friday, full time hours are 8.30am to 5pm, part time hours are at least 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
