£12.00 to £15.00 per hour
DOUBLE DAYS shift available
Week 1 - 06:00am to 14:00pm
Week 2 - 14:00pm to 22:00pm
Overtime Available

JOB SUMMARY

Alecto Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced and skilled CNC Press Brake Setter/Operator for a client who are leading the industry within Fabrication and Welding. The client pride themselves on delivering high-quality products and solutions to our clients. As part of our commitment to excellence, they are currently seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Setter and Operator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines, specifically with experience in using Bystronic machines or similar branded equipment.
Interpret technical drawings and work instructions to produce accurate and high-quality components.
Knowledge of tool sizes/types and the ability to select appropriate tools for specific jobs.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor the production process to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
Collaborate with the programming team to optimize CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy (programming capabilities are desirable).Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a CNC Press Brake Setter and Operator.
Familiarity with Bystronic machines or similar branded equipment.
Basic knowledge of tool sizes/types.
Programming capabilities are desirable.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
