Exciting Opportunity for Chartered Building Surveyors in the North West!

Company Overview: Our client, a highly regarded firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Liverpool, is known for setting industry standards and delivering exceptional Section 11 Housing disrepair reports efficiently on behalf of a panel of solicitors.

Job Description: Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Chartered Building Surveyors to join our client's team. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of preparing part 35 reports in line with Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenants Act and Homes Act 2018 (Fitness for Human Habitation).

Requirements:

MRICS or AssocRICS Chartered Surveyor
Experience conducting residential surveys and addressing housing defects
Proficiency in preparing reports according to Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenants Act & Homes Act 2018
Exemplary report writing skills
Computer literate ideally with previous experience of using GoReport
Excellent organisational skills and a target-driven mindset ensuring reports are delivered within agreed timescales.
Full driving license
Responsibilities:

This role primarily involves producing part 35 expert witness reports related to housing disrepair. Candidates will inspect properties, document findings, and complete the Scott Schedule along with inspection photographs. Inspections may vary between Single, Single Joint, and Joint inspections as per solicitors' instructions.

The majority of these surveys will be located in the North of England.
