Large Format Print / POS Estimator

Were working with a fantastic large format print and POS business in Leicester who are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team.

In this role you will use your previous experience to provide accurate and timely estimates to clients; acting as the bridge between the customer and production, you will be responsible for liaising with internal departments to ensure that production is running to schedule and keeping the customers updated accordingly, whilst also delivering an after-care service by making follow up calls with customers to ensure that deliveries have been made and that the customers full expectations have been met.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive, engaging personality and can-do attitude, combined with great attention to detail, great numerical and good organisational skills.

Key Accountabilities:

Production of estimates using the companys MIS Software

Establish and maintain great working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Liaise with customers and members of staff to produce accurate estimates

Prepare cost analysis

Ensure timely completion of estimates, meeting deadlines

Ensure consistent and accurate output

Skills and knowledge you must have to be successful:

Commercial print estimating experience (Large Format / POS highly desirable)

Good Communication skills both verbal and written

Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Computer literate

Effective time management and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a team

It would be advantageous if you had prior experience in using Tharstern or Clarity, however, full training will be provided if you have alternative print MIS experience.

Salary & Benefits
A generous base salary is on offer up to £40,000 for this role, based on experience. Plus 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, company pension, cycle to work scheme, and more.
