Excellent opportunity for a Revit MEP Modeller / BIM Technician looking to gain further experience or a Building Services CAD Technician looking for training in Revit MEP.

Our client is an established company involved in Mechanical and Electrical Building Services ranging from Retail, Commercial, Hotel & Leisure and Industrial.

They are currently looking for an additional CAD / Revit Technician to assist their design & BIM teams.

THE ROLE:

As BIM / CAD Technician your principal duties will be to:

* Produce 2 D CAD drawings and / or 3D M & E building services co-ordinated models working from either external consultants designs or those produced by internal Design Engineers.

* Review models using Navisworks to detect any services clashes or interference issues (training will be provided if required).

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

* Ideally possess technical qualifications within a construction related discipline

* Good understanding of M & E Building Services

* Proficient in AutoCAD and good all round IT skills

* Ideally have previous work experience using Revit MEP

* Excellent communication skills
