I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to on-board a site engineer to manage the engineering of an earthworks and civils package being delivered for one of the UK's largest infrastructure packages.

Site engineer responsibilities:

* Setting out using Trimble equipment.

* Producing and recording As-built surveys.

* Uploading machine control to plant and checking accuracy.

* Volume calculations.

* Ensuring works are being carried out in accordance to job specification.

* Liaising with client and sub-contractors on site.

Site engineer requirements:

* Degree or diploma in civil engineering or Surveying.

* CSCS Card.

* Machine control experience.

* Proficient in Trimble GPS/ total station.

* Proficient in AutoCAD, LSS and Trimble business centre software.

* Previous bulk earthworks experience.

* Full UK driving licence.
