Position: Cover Supervisor Location: Leeds Hours: 8:15 - 15:00

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive learning environment.
Support students in their learning and provide assistance when needed.
Maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the school premises.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth educational delivery.
Requirements:

A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
