Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, ensuring they have access to a tailored and inclusive education.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create and implement individualised education plans for students with diverse needs.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages the social and emotional development of all students.
Monitor and record progress, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of each student.
Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and other support staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Requirements for our SEN Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
A genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal development of students with diverse needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
