Business Analyst - Inside IR35, with travel to leeds once a week, £500 per da

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our clients dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's projects towards success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within an agile team environment, ensuring that all aspects of project requirements are effectively gathered, analysed, and implemented. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of undertaking classic BA disciplines and an understanding of the public sector, which would be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities:

- Undertake thorough requirements gathering to ensure all user needs are identified and clearly defined.
- Map out user journeys to facilitate better understanding and improvements in user experience.
- Estimate tasks accurately to aid in effective project planning and scheduling.
- Create detailed user stories that serve as a blueprint for the development team.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that the user stories are correctly interpreted and delivered according to specifications.
- Employ an agile methodology throughout the project lifecycle to adapt to changes and deliver results efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather feedback and refine project outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within agile project teams.
- Strong ability to gather requirements, map out user journeys, estimate tasks, and create compelling user stories.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with developers to ensure accurate delivery of user stories.
- Familiarity with the public sector and its unique challenges and opportunities is advantageous.
- A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
