A leading provider of Domiciliary Care and Extra Care in the South are now looking to appoint a Head of Quality and Compliance to their Senior Leadership Team, to be based in any of the below locations, with regional travel required.

Southampton
Isle of Wight
Basingstoke
Crawley
Thames Valley
Newbury
You will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities including CQC audit and the development of their quality framework. You will also be working with their operational teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance, supporting learning and continual development across their services in the South.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Take responsibility for compliance, quality, policies and procedures.
Be accountable for departments achieving compliance to internal audits and internal and external inspections (including CQC).
To be proactive in all quality assurance activities within the Quality Assurance Systems across the South ensuring the quality of work across all domiciliary care.
To act as a lead for ensuring all services are legally registered within the statutory and regulatory frameworks and are meeting the CQC's essential standards and outcomes.
Implement and gather evidence relating to service development in line with CQC Standards and the appropriate Quality Framework.
To support the Director in the South in the delivery of best-in-class governance and risk management priorities across all their branches.
To represent the company on quality, governance and safety structures and to ensure that the governance and quality strategy is embedded in all facilities.
To manage the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures in line with current good practice, and to identify and advise on governance issues, as required
Business Continuity Plan - supporting the development and maintaining of effective and up to date business continuity plans to increase the resilience of the organisation so that it is able to continue to deliver the critical services that the Service Users rely upon.
