My client are a property developer who are based in Hampshire are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Ideally I am looking for a candidate who has worked in Marketing for either a new build developer or an estate agent

Working alongside the Sales & Marketing Director to ensure all Marketing material is used efficiently and is effective

Day to day duties:

Overseeing work of the marketing coordinators & working closely with them
Website creation and positing on social media
Dealing with an implementing both signage & brochures for all developments
Where necessary building good working relationships with external marketing agencies
Working on to the marketing budget put in place by the board
Market research - being aware of competitors marketing tools
Working with the sales team & gaining feedback from them with regards to effectiveness of the marketing tools
Proof reading and sending out press releases
