About The School:
Our client are a special school in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with autism, anxiety, and ADHD. Their mission is to create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive academically and personally.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Maths Teacher to join their team. This role initially involves teaching for two days per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with students who have diverse learning needs and will be committed to fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Math's lessons to students with autism, anxiety, and ADHD.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic well-being of students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay updated on best practices in special education.

Requirements:
- QTS, FE or Maths Instructor welcome to apply.
- Experience teaching Maths to students with special educational needs, particularly autism, anxiety, and ADHD.
- Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support students with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
