A client facing, Quantity Surveying Consultancy are seeking a mid-level Quantity Surveyor to join their young and proactive team in West Sussex.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join 2 enthusiastic Partners and a young Quantity Surveying team who deliver family name leisure and hotel projects across the UK; acting as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager.

Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor will be involved in:
early cost advice cost planning preparation of tender documents management of change during construction.The Quantity Surveyor

3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Consultancy / cost management background
Hotel or leisure experience would be a plus
Must have a driving licence and car
