A privately owned, energetic and dynamic Cost Consultancy is seeking an ambitious, hands on Associate Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Manchester team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will ideally already be operating at a senior level within a consultancy environment, with the ability to deliver a breadth of QS services across a variety of exciting private sector schemes.

The company boast an impressive pipeline of projects, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to help manage and grow their busy team with strong opportunity for progression.

Working on multimillion pound projects including:

High rise apartment blocks
Low rise apartment blocks
Mixed use developments
Student Accommodation & Shared Living
Hotels
StadiaThe new Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in generating repeat business and new business/market opportunities and will be provided a clear and structured progression path to Director and beyond that, Partner.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS ideally or committed to achieving
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
A strong background working in a professional consultancy environment
Confident with the drive to succeed and develop
Private sector / Residential experience
Project Management/EA experience is idealIn Return?

£65,000 - £75,000
