Join this growing and respected organisation as a Marketing Coordinator! With offices based in Kent, the team are happy to meet individuals looking for hybrid and remote working opportunities who have the right attitudes and skillset to join their dynamic and supportive team.
A day in the life of a Marketing Coordinator will include:
Working collaboratively with internal teams within the organisation
Producing copy and content writing, for internal and external communications.
Running and following-up communications for events, including preparation of event materials and ensuring the events marketing database is complete and up to date.
Collaborating with external agencies to execute briefs and monitor web activity.
Providing monthly reports on marketing activities by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales data
Creating marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
Planning meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
Monitoring budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Searching for opportunities to enhance sales and revenue
The successful Marketing Coordinator will have/be:
Previous experience within a similar role (Corporate, financial services or insurance industry experience would be a significant advantage)
Flexible and keen to learn new skills
Creative and data driven
Able to prioritise and work towards deadlines effectively.
Proficient using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive can-do attitude
Happy to undertake some travel on occasion where necessary, to other offices or events as required
