In order to fully support the growth we have planned we need to recruit a Keyholder to support the Store Manager. In this role you will have an opportunity to gain a wider commercial awareness and understanding around how Nisbets operates and delivers market leading products all over the world. What will I be doing as a Keyholder?
Responsible for Opening and Closing of the store in a managers absence.
Assist the store manager in colleague management, including, return to works, 121s, regular feedback, note taking & Rota planning at the store manager request, in line with company policies and procedures.
Delivers great customer service in line with Nisbets expectations, ensuring all of the customer's needs are met through assisting with technical Servies or general queries.
Builds relationships with the customers to gain trust and provide a successful customer experience to gain customer retention through repeat spend.
Ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIs including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Outreach, Sales-i , ATV to maximizing profitability of the store
Assist the Management team with the delivery of the store outreach plan which may include but is not limited to, outbound sales calls, visiting customers and organising meetings and events in store.
Undertake general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment, processing deliveries and Visual Merchandising
Accurately actions all stock management processes in line with the schedule set by management.
Adhere to the cash handling policy and follows store security procedures at all times.
Maintains the customer database with the capture of new customers and general maintenance of existing accounts, in line with GDPR.
Inspiring, motivating and coaching a team to deliver first-class customer service using the Recipe sales framework.
In the store managers absence ensure all area manager communications are attended & briefed to colleagues including weekly area calls, mid-week updates and leading area manager store visits.
Ensure all complaints are handled accordingly in line with Nisbets Behaviours and Values.
Maintain a safe environment in the shop for customers, visitors and colleagues by ensuring consistency and compliance of all operating procedures in store including health & safety and people management.

What can I expect from working as a Keyholder?
Competitive base salary of £26,208.
Performance related bonus paid quarterly which can typically add £1500 onto your annual salary (pro rata for part time)
20 days holiday plus an attendance Bonus which can mean up to 4 days additional annual leave or a cash payment of £100.

About You
What are we looking for in a Keyholder?
Someone who has a passion for going above and beyond and making all customers visits a memorable one
A great work ethic and are driven to work hard and contribute to the stores success.
Good Retail experience - having worked in a store environment and able to demonstrate the use of product knowledge to encourage sales
Computer-literate (MS Office) experience of using computers to place quotes and orders and check web for product detail
Visual Merchandising skills and a sound understanding of product placement
An interest in catering or cooking would be an advantage - an understanding of the items required in the cooking process and a basic knowledge of the terminology and usage would be a bonusNisbets is committed to providing equality of opportunity for all colleagues.
