The Teaching Assistant Role:
Provide academic and social support to students
Inspire and clarify instructions, fostering independent learning
Duties may include general school tasks like preparing resources, arranging learning spaces, and supervising break and lunchtimes
Some roles may involve providing support to children with special needs, such as Social, Emotional & Mental Health, Autism, and Speech and Language Communication Needs
Collaborate with the SENCO and/or Class teacher to monitor and report on children's progress Ideal Educators for Schools:
