Blueprint Recruitment Solutions has a fantastic new opportunity! Our client is looking for Mechanical and Electrical Associates to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis in the Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff and Plymouth region. This position requires the selected candidate to operate flexibly, attending the office 3-4 days per week. Due to an increasing workload, they are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Associate to help manage their award-winning practice.

You will be joining a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, that provides sustainable engineering, planning and design solutions throughout a variety of sectors. As the successful Mechanical or Electrical Associate, you will work on a wide variety of prestigious and unique projects including hospital design, large scale commercial schemes and Residential builds.

Key responsibilities:

Leading, managing and growing the Building Services Team
Assisting with the development of Building Services within the company as a whole
Leading the technical development of the team
Working with an interesting and an incredibly varied client base including; Residential, Healthcare, local authorities, public bodies, contractors, and developers
Meeting financial targets
Liaising with variety of internal and external stakeholdersEssential skills, experience, and attributes:

Educated to degree or HND level
Chartered Engineer, or working towards chartered status
Mechanical or Electrical background (or both).
Proven experience within a similar role
Knowledge of relevant building regulations
Excellent managerial and team leader abilities
Excellent written and communication abilities
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
