A cottage as part of a fully detached property set in a small valley near the top of the hill above the picturesque village of St Dogmaels a few miles from the sea and beautiful Pembrokeshire coastal walks.

Very sorry, but as this is usually a holiday let cottage and needs to be kept in very good order, it would not be suitable for families with small children.
The property is surrounded on most sides by fields and small woods. There are a few neighbouring houses dotted around up and down the quiet country lane here, they are not very visible and over 40 metres away behind trees.
The cottage in question is between the two other cottages, the owner lives in one of these. 2 other people live in the other cottage (retired adults) so all is very quiet and peaceful here.
It has an electric heating system (storage heaters) and a mid-sized high-quality woodburner in the living room (electric bill is paid by the tenant as an additional to the rental amount per month). There is also a solar array on the property - meaning some days the electricity may be free. Council tax may also be covered too, this is to be discussed.
There are no water bills or sewage costs to pay and fibre broadband internet is also provided for an additional £10pcm. The cottage has a spring water supply to it's taps. This is possible to easily switch back to mains water on request.
There is plenty of off-road parking in the large private enclosed yard.
Note: this cottage had a renovation in 2020 and is fully furnished with all appliances, beds, crockery etc and various new carpets.
