The Company
The company was established in 1990 and their vision was to deliver beautiful, high quality projects across London. They have a reputation for delivering complex high rise buildings and one of bespoke Luxury houses and hotels. Most of their projects will start at approx. £35m and always London based. They pride themselves on all of their projects being built to the highest quality and finishes.
The Role
* Because of the continual growth within the business, they are now looking for an additional Revit Technician to join the team.
* Must have experience within Modular and Construction
Individual:
The company is driven, hardworking and ambitious as a collective. They work in harmony with the site team and sub-contractors. This role will suit a Revit Technician that has the same mind-set and works in collaboration with the subcontractors, building and maintain relationships to get the best results.
Must have
* CAD knowledge
* Strong technical understanding of how a modular building is assembled and be able to communicate this knowledge to the manufacturing team. Able to demonstrate full awareness and knowledge of current UK building regulations within the Building and Construction industry.
* Experience of working in the modular, housing or residential sector. Large development experience. Capability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work to tight timescales and budgets with minimum supervision. Able to work methodically, accurately but at the same time quickly. Good communication skills, able to be clear and concise with information and support the team.
* Excellent document management/control skills
