Role Responsibilities:
Assisting in achieving client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service.
Liaising with clients to ensure an appropriate strategy for renewal.
Undertaking market research to establish the most competitive terms available.
Obtaining renewal terms and presenting to clients.
Producing and issuing professional summaries and reports.
Issuing renewal documentation.
Handling client queries via email or via the telephone.Skills and experience:
At least 2 years' experience in providing insurance advice.
Someone who has sales experience where they have been selling and exceeding targets.
Excellent client service skills.
Have a willing to learn
Cert CII qualification (or willing to undertake the study).
Exposure to using Acturis would be an advantage for this role
Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to process work quickly and efficiently.
