Assistant Quantity Surveyor Opportunity to work with a tier One Main Contractor site based in Oxford - Up to £42,000 plus package

Due to their repeat business, and relationships they have a growing turnover in excess of £650 Million with the platform to maintain this level and keep growing at a steady rate.

They are looking to appoint a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team working Site Based on a major life science scheme. The project is under traditional JCT design and build contract, a new build refurbishment project worth circa £80 Million. Our client is looking for someone that has a proven track record working with a Main Contractor managing multiple subcontractor packages, pricing variations and reporting directly to the Senior QS on site. This is a recently secured project so the role will involve early procurement works, and being site based for 2 years in Oxford. For this role you will work closely with a team of Quantity Surveyors and assist with procurement and management of some key packages. Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 years construction experience, either degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or working towards their degree on a day release basis.
