Workshop Manager

The Company requires a character that possesses a strong track record of managing trades throughout a busy workshop or site. You must possess strong communication skills with all levels of staff. You may be working as a Workshop Manager or Site Manager with a close eye on trades such as electricians, bricklayers, roofers, window fitters & plumbers.

Duties of the Worksop Manager to include:

Scheduling, coordinating & supervising the workshop.
Use your analytical skills to assess situations
Hold 121's with workshop team
Maintain up to date Health & Safety standards within the workshop
Ensure KPI's are in place to enable accurate performance
Create working strategies to ensure operations meet and exceed sales targets.
Adapt to changing priorities
To be successful in this role of Workshop Manager, you will have previously worked in roles such as Workshop Manager, Workshop Supervisor, Foreman, team-leader within a Portable Accommodation, Welfare Hire, Modular Building, Portable Toilet, Anti Vandal, Cabin Hire, Portable Cabin background.
