Internal Account Manager, Lemington

Salary £22,672 + excellent monthly bonus

Talent84 is delighted to once again be supporting our award-winning fintech client with their search for an Internal Account Manager to join their busy in-house sales department. The successful candidate will act as first point of contact for all prospective clients; providing excellent product knowledge, building rapport and ultimately converting enquiries into accounts. Responsibilities

* Create and manage clients accounts across diverse technology

* Support clients across multiple channels (email, phone, secure messaging)

* Use excellent product knowledge to recommend to direct potential clients to best product

* Book appointment for advisers

* Accurately record all progress and follow up leads timely

* Build long lasting relationships with clients

* Work collaboratively with wider organisation

Key Criteria

* Proven experience in a client facing customer service or sales role (ideally 12months+)

* Ambitious and passionate about career progression

* Confident and inquisitive telephone manner

* Eagerness to learn new skills and be coached by senior members of the team

* Tech-savvy and able to learn multiple technologies
