Transport Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a new Transport Recruitment Consultant to join our Transport team, primarily based in Wrexham.
You will be required to work from home and from our head office in Wrexham.
Your main duties will be to provide full Transport Consultant support for your region set, ensuring you are filling all vacancies for your customers, providing excellent customer service and support with a variety of Admin & Compliance tasks.
Previous experience within the Transport Division would be advantageous for understanding driver requirements & legislation.
**Access to own vehicle would be beneficial to travel between sites and full expenses will be paid on a monthly basis. **
Shift and Pay Information for a Transport Recruitment Consultant:
* Monday to Friday
* 40 hours per week
* Salary £25,000 per annum
* Opportunity to earn uncapped commission!
* Working 9am - 5pm, however can be flexible.
* Rota weekend and out of hours on call between the team
Duties of a Transport Recruitment Consultant:
* Ensure that operational staffing requirements are fulfilled within the sites.
* Cover all aspects of recruitment calling potential applicants, registering new candidates, interviewing new candidates, getting them ready for starting their assignment, ensuring you follow all processes, and you are fully compliant.
* Attend regular meetings with your team to understand and plan their recruitment needs.
* Attend site meetings and meet drivers.
* Review applications and avenues to recruit drivers to fill your vacancies.
* Complete weekly payroll for your drivers.
* Daily communication between yourself and your line manager is paramount.
* Supervising contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance.
* Admin duties required will be uploading documents, completing various reports, ensuring you meet your tasks and deadlines.
As a Transport Recruitment Consultant, we are looking for:
* Previous recruitment background in the transport division is advantageous.
* Ability to talk and communicate well with others.
* Flexibility around working times.
* Good admin, pc and telephone skills.
* A team player
* Able to work alone with great motivation.
