Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position
Summary
A position has become available within our clients internal sales office.
Duties include:
1. Administration of Orders and Schedules
2. Offering solutions to customers issues, this may include an alternative part, Quoting with a proactive mindset to offer a wider range of products to maximise sales
3. Calling existing customers and potential new customers
4. Liaising with other departments (Purchasing, Production, External Team) to determine the best possible offer we can make to the customer
5. Build relationships with customers
6. Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy
Skills Required:
Experience in the hydraulics industry would be preferred where possible
SAP/Microsoft office experience preferred, but training can be given
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: negotiable dependent very much on the experience of the candidate, but it is very competitive, plus good benefits as expected within a large organisation
