TEMP - PERMANENT POSITIONBased in a retail environment , this is a great opportunity for a Soft Services Manager to join us that has skill sets covering the following; catering and events, cleaning, security, housekeeping, front desk, meeting room management, vending and administration.It is essential for the Soft Services Manager to have a retail Facility Management based back ground . You would need to be highly communicative, client facing, organised and have management experience with overall responsibility for over 20 individuals.As Soft Services Manager you will have accountability for department budgets, and overall responsible for health and safety of our people and site. Main Responsibilities:To work with the team developing the service including but not limited to: cleaning regimes and securityOffer, back and front of house service standardsThrough the effective use of company documentation and on site SOP (standard operating procedures) ensure that all relevant control procedures are in place to deliver accurate productionRecords and effective waste management, these include unit stock, supplier costs and controls, auditing and financial reconciliationUnderstand the budget, working to the agreed targets on expenditure, labour hours, sundries, and wastageWork with the Management Team to identify efficiencies and cost savings through innovative working practicesTo be an active member of the management team and support the achievement of the site business objectives and SLA'sThe Ideal Soft Services Manager (Facilities Management)EssentialPrevious experience within a retail backgroundProven industry experience, acumen and innovationsManagement experienceStrongly team focusedGreat communication skills, both written andHealth and Safety experience (ideally IOSH)IT LiterateHigh standard of personal hygiene and appearanceDesirablePrevious experience in multi service siteKnowledge of ROL and E-prophitISOHNebosh (Desired not essential)Security SIA Licence (Desired not essential)First aidThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Soft Services Manager to join a highly reputable business that encourages career progression and offers excellent rates of pay and benefits.
