We are looking for Customer Service Advisors in Cornwall, TR1, who can start immediately.
The successful candidates will be working in a contact centre environment and will be required to work shifts that include working hours in the evening and over the weekend.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* The role involves providing excellent customer service to customers using car parks in the area
* Assisting customers using the Council's pay on exit car parks, answering intercom calls where motorists need help in the car park e.g. with making payment
* The role also involves monitoring the back-office service to ensure all equipment is working
Requirements:
* Experience working within customer service
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to resolved complex queries in a timely manner
* 3 years employment references
Pay rate: £10.90 p/h.
Hours: Shift & rota basis
