Learning and Development Consultant

Due to our ongoing expansion as a global group of companies, we are looking to hire a L&D professional keen to pursue a career in training and delivery. We are looking for someone with some experience in either facilitating or training delivery. TXM Group prioritises learning and development and who is passionate about supporting others in their career progression and personal growth.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering blended learning across the businesses (recruitment, consultancy, head office) both F2F and online.

* Designing and delivering systems training to new and existing users.

* Continuous design, maintenance, and delivery of training.

* Supporting the on-boarding of new people to the business.

* Responsible for managing the e-learning L&D platform.

* Supporting the ongoing development of our assessment offering.

* Designing and developing additional learning solutions.

* Managing relationships with existing system providers to get training support.

* Managing the apprenticeship process.

In addition to delivering & evolving our Learning & Development offering, youll be involved with supporting career & promotional opportunities and driving competency standards.

Wed love to hire someone who has L&D, sales, recruitment, or systems experience. This supports your credibility in doing the role. Youll need to demonstrate the ability to deliver L&D in a supportive, fun, and progressive way.
