Our client specialises in the design and build of exhibition stands, showroom & office design and installation and point of sale units. We are now offering an opportunity for an Estimator to join our team on a permanent basis at our Luton office.
The roles main focus will be to estimate projects, from design, and will include costing production / manufacture elements. The ideal candidate will understand the project lifecycle of an exhibition design and build, and will be able to understand the varying levels of stand design complexity
Skills and Experience
* Experience in manufacturing & installation costing essential
* Experience of construction; understand how items are manufactured
* Experience of estimating, ideally bespoke projects, using estimating software (we use Smartsheets)
* Team player with good communication skills
* Personable: ability to work with a small team and inter-department
* Able to format and report information clearly and constructively
* Multitask: coordinate multiple projects and prioritise time accordingly
