Tutoring jobs in London UK: Serbian language.

I'm looking to organise some tutor sessions to work on my Serbian, early in the morning on weekdays (before 9am London time).
I'm not a complete beginner, but expanding my vocabulary and understanding past/future tense would be a good start.
I can do several times a week, however you think appropriate.

Adapt curriculum to provide for the needs of the student.
Plan, prepare and deliver lessons on an one-to-one basis.
Track the students level.
Requirements:
Degree or certificate in teaching or in a specialized subject (an advantage).
Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy, as well as differentiated instruction based upon student learning styles.
Be well-organized and committed.
