Maintenance Plumber Gravesham

My client is a mid size FM and Maintenance company, due to a expansion of the team they are seeking to recruit a maintenance plumber. You will have your city and guilds or nvq in plumbing as well a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Healthcare

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on general pipework, copper and pvc, re-moving dead legs, small pipework installation, checking taps, leak detection, washers, sinks, pans, water treatment checks, ppm's on plant room, pumps and motors as well as helping colleagues, escorting sub contractors and general paperwork.

Hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary is up to 36K with call out 1 in 4, overtime and company benefits.
